Combine K ("we," "us") is a youth athletic events and training business based in Oakville, Ontario, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and your choices.

What we collect
- Contact details you give us — your name and email address, for example when you answer one of our Facebook or Instagram lead forms, join a waitlist, register for an event or program, or email us.
- Your answers to our questions — for example, survey or poll responses about training interests, current gym, and price preferences.
- Event and program information — if you register a child for an event or program, the registration details needed to run it safely (athlete name, age group, and parent/guardian contact information).
Why we collect it
- To tell you about Combine K events, training programs, and founding-member or early-access offers.
- To understand demand for facilities and programs in the Oakville area (poll and survey answers).
- To operate events and programs you register for, including safety and scheduling communications.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Email and consent
By submitting a lead form, waitlist, or registration, you agree to receive email from Combine K about the events and programs described there. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@combinek.com. Unsubscribing does not affect emails needed to run an event or program you are registered for.
Service providers
We use platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram lead forms) and our website and email providers to collect and store this information. They process it on our behalf under their own privacy terms. Information may be stored or processed outside Canada by those providers.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and survey information for as long as it is useful for the purposes above, and delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@combinek.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
Our events and programs are for children, but we collect information from parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children except the registration details a parent or guardian provides to run an event or program.
Changes
We may update this policy; the current version will always be posted at combinek.com/privacy with its effective date.
