About the Race

Two young athletes celebrating as they cross the Combine K finish line

Combine K Is a
Kids Athletic
Competition.

Combine K is a continuous youth fitness race built around the physical qualities that transfer to every sport. Athletes race through the entire course from start to finish, with the clock running the whole way.

Every child receives one official finishing time and competes against athletes in the same age division. There is an athlete inside every amateur and professional athlete. How does yours stack up?

Race. Compete. Improve.

Combine K format

The Race.

Every athlete completes the strength and conditioning workout, then races straight into the speed and agility course — back to back, one continuous effort, as fast as possible.

Weights and repetitions are scaled by age division, so every athlete races a course built for them.
